“It has been a pleasure to work with you and your company.  My family loves the room and deck and all we get is OOOH’S and AAH’S when people first see the room.  More than one person has suggested we should be featured in Southern Living Magazine!”
Richard and Patty Felker

“Very happy – would not change anything.  I am thrilled with the job.”
Mary Lou Chambers

“A 10 – Couldn’t have been better.”
Earl Brill

“I just sit here in my new kitchen with a grin on my face.  It’s so beautiful.  It’s everything I could have wanted.  And we absolutely love Steve.  He was great to work with.”
Liz Kaplan

About Us

With nearly 30 years of remodeling experience behind us, we've seen it all. That vision enables us to give you the information necessary for you to make intelligent decisions regarding your remodeling project.

We don't do custom homes.  We don't do commercial projects.  We do one thing, and we do it very well - residential remodeling.  Houses are our passion.  And making them work and live better for you is what we thrive on.

If you’ve been thinking about making an improvement to your home, you should be aware of the following fact: You don’t have to settle for just a meat and potatoes, average, vanilla, sensible shoes, 1% milk-on-oatmeal, sort of home improvement.

Not from us.  The results we always strive for are: Eye popping, jaw dropping, 64-colors-in-a-box, 48-flavors-of-ice-cream, spectacular home improvements.  Does that mean spending a lot of money?  No way!  Getting spectacular results is a matter of careful planning – plus knowing when to economize and when to splurge – to obtain the best balance between budget and performance.  But all of that would be for naught if I didn’t truly care about helping homeowners get the absolute most bang for their buck.  This is what we live for.

Here are some direct quotes from a couple of our satisfied customers:

Here’s How We Get Such Spectacular Results.
There are only 4 things that go into a remodeling project.  If these are done right, all is well.  Violate any one of them and the results could spell disaster.  Here they are:

  • Creative Design – The thing to remember is that creativity means looking beyond the obvious.  Only then can we hope to capture those elusive qualities that provide a feast for the eyes, fantastic functionality, and most of all nurtures the soul.

  • Quality Materials – This doesn’t mean buying the most expensive of everything.  That’s wasteful – not to mention pretty darned costly.  But there are too many areas where contractors cut corners where it does matter.  It’s impossible to get a quality job with inferior materials.  We always use materials that serve our clients over the long haul.

  • Skilled Craftsmanship – Really good trades people are getting harder and harder to find.  Because we put so much emphasis on quality, we have been able to attract some of the best in the business.  These folks know their stuff and care about the product they craft.

  • Customer Orientation – Unlike building a new house, remodeling involves the homeowner in the construction process in a very personal way.  After all, we may be making a pretty big impact on your daily lifestyle.  If we weren’t sensitive about your needs, this construction process could be a real nightmare.  We make sure that this problem is minimized by paying attention to lots of details – like keeping the jobsite clean, or scheduling messy work when it’s convenient for you rather than us.

The end result of all of this is a long list of clients who speak very highly of us. We're proud of that legacy, but no more proud than our clients are of their newly remodeled homes.
